Update teaching activities at George Emil Palade University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology of Târgu Mureș

As a result of the unfavorable evolution of SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and due to the significant increase of the number of cases in the last period, the management of George Emil Palade University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology of Târgu Mureș decides to organize all teaching activities with students (lectures, practical activities, clinical internships) in the exclusive online system, provided by the e-learning platform Blackboard, for the interval: 16th-30th of October, 2020.

Because we consider that all risks for students come not so much from the actual teaching system, which the University has carried out so far under strict conditions of protection, but especially from personal interactions outside the teaching spaces, we strongly recommend students to respect isolation and social distance rules for the next interval of time.

At this moment, we consider that the summative examination session scheduled to take place between 2nd-15th of November, 2020, will be respected, according with the initial calendar. If the evolution of the situation at national and local level will continue to be unfavorable, we will communicate all changes in time.
