ADMISSION CALENDAR for the PREPARATORY YEAR

Enrolment and submission of application files shall be conducted as follows:

• July, 1^st – August, 5^th – registration and submission of files;
• The process of Regular Admission is not performed online. For Regular Admission, all documents must be sent by post to the University or handed in personally to be evaluated, to the following address:

              Registration of candidates shall be made only after obtaining approval and letter of acceptance to studies issued by MEN – DGRIAE, but not later than October, 31^st .

              In the event that the candidate should not be presented at registration, for objective reasons, after the period of 30 days from the date of obtaining the visa, but not later than November, 30^th, the Faculty secretariat will allow registration, provided full payment of tuition fee.

APPLICATION FILE for registration in the PREPARATORY YEAR

The application file shall be enroled in duplicate and shall contain the following documents:

• Application form for issuing the Letter of Acceptance to study, completed in all rubrics – download;
• Sheet with the contact details of the applicant (mailing address, phone, email) and 2 recent photos of 3/4 format + Option for accommodation in the University premises;
• Study documents – certified copy and translation (baccalaureate Degree or its equivalent, Bachelor Degree Diploma and Master Degree Diploma, if applicable), legalised by the competent authorities of the issuing country;
• Transcripts of Study- certified copy and translation;
• Birth Certificate – certified copy and translation;
• Copy of the passport – valid at least 6 months after the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance to study;
• Medical certificate (in an international language) testifing that the applicant does not suffer from contagious or other diseases incompatible with the future profession;
• Evidence of payment of the file processing fee.

FEES FOR THE PREPARATORY YEAR

              File processing fee (enrollment) for candidates outside EU: Bachelor, Master, Doctorate and postgraduate residency – 250 euro;

              Annual fee for students outside EU: Bachelor, Master, Doctorate and postgraduate residency – 2200 euro per year;

              Fee for additional year for students outside EU: Bachelor, Master, Doctorate and postgraduate residency – 250 euro/for failed discipline and 250 euro to enroll in additional year.
