Techniques for effective stress management during pandemic times

The Department of Counseling, Professional Guidance and Informing Students (DCPGIS), in collaboration with the Junior Researcher Academy project, within the University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology „George E. Palade” (UMFST) organizes a psychological conference for international medicine students from UMFST- English department and UMCH (Hamburg) on the topic of stress management and coping mechanisms in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak.

The event will be held by Dragoș Iliescu, Ph.D., Professor of Psychology within the University of Bucharest, Romania, who is also a member in the Executive Committee of the European Association for Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) and the Editor for the European Journal of Psychological Assessment. He has been an active consultant for over 20 years, being involved in important international projects related to psychological testing and assessment. One of the most important research areas in which he is interested focuses on the occupational health and wellbeing.
